A DEUTZ Engine Health Check combines DEUTZ-specific diagnostics with a thorough on-site, 12-check inspection by a factory-trained engineer, giving you a clearer picture of your engine’s current condition and any maintenance that may be recommended.

This is a preventative health check for operational engines with no known fault. If your engine currently has a warning, performance issue or breakdown, our Service team can arrange the appropriate support.

A CLEAR HEALTH REPORT

FOR YOUR ENGINE

Once the Health Check has been completed, you’ll receive a written Engine Health Report giving you a clear record of the inspection, with any recommended maintenance or follow-up clearly identified.

When a check is marked as advisory or action required, the DEUTZ engineer will add a short note to explain what has been found. The report will also set out recommended next maintenance actions for these checks, giving you a useful record of the Engine Health Check and clear next steps if work is required.

YOU REQUEST AN ENGINE HEALTH CHECK

Make sure to send us your engine details, operating hours and postcode.

WE CHECK ENGINEER AVAILABILITY IN YOUR AREA

Health Checks are scheduled alongside existing DEUTZ service work in your area.

WE CONFIRM YOUR HEALTH CHECK APPOINTMENT

We agree a date for your Engine Health Check and provide full details of what to expect.

OUR ENGINEER COMPLETES THE CHECK

A factory-trained DEUTZ engineer will attend site and carry out the 12-point inspection and diagnostic checks on your engine.

YOU RECEIVE YOUR HEALTH CHECK REPORT

Before the engineer leaves site you will receive your report. Any advisory or action status will include the engineer’s comments.

WE HELP WITH ANY NEXT STEPS IDENTIFIED

If maintenance or further work is recommended, we will advise on what is needed and arrange appropriate follow-up.

The £99+VAT Engine Health Check is designed for operational engines with no known current fault and is available when a DEUTZ engineer is working in your area.

If your engine has a warning light, active fault, starting problem, unusual noise, unusual smoke, leak or another known issue that requires investigation, please contact the DEUTZ service team. We’ll make sure your enquiry is handled through the correct diagnostic or breakdown support route.
