DEUTZ UK was established in 1952 and has grown to become one of the leading DEUTZ subsidiaries worldwide. In January 2006, we relocated our headquarters from London to Cannock in the Midlands, benefiting from a central location and a team of 30 employees covering all aspects of sales, service, marketing, and support.

On 1 October 2007, DEUTZ UK Ltd became part of DEUTZ AG, operating as the UK branch of the DEUTZ Group. In April 2024, we expanded our footprint with a second UK depot in Reading, Berkshire, enhancing service and support for customers across the South of England.

To further strengthen our presence in the UK, we now have dedicated resource based permanently in Scotland. With a locally based Service Engineer and Area Business Development Manager, we’re committed to delivering the level of responsiveness and on-the-ground support our Scottish customers expect and deserve.

Our Parts and Service division is supported by large warehouse facilities and integrated workshops at both UK depots. Combined with our Customer Support Centre and a nationwide team of highly trained mobile service engineers, we ensure a rapid, reliable response to all customer parts and service needs.

The UK branch of the DEUTZ Group supports DEUTZ products within the UK with After-Sales Service.

Our Customer Support Centres with factory trained technicians using the latest diagnostic equipment and specialist tools, carry out overhauls and servicing for all types of engines. Our nationwide team of factory-trained mobile service engineers (pictured) gives customers easy access to our expertise, regardless of location, and offers full technical support throughout the UK.

In addition, our partnership with the DEUTZ AG parts operation allows us to offer overnight delivery of replacement parts with 95% availability. Our “SERPIC” software allows for easy engine identification from its serial number, ensuring quick delivery of the correct parts, keeping machine down time to a minimum. Additional parts support can be obtained through our network of Authorised Parts Stockists located around the UK.
