Service requested under warranty is carried out subject to acceptance of the claim by DEUTZ AG and the value of any work carried out may, at our discretion, be charged to you (the company requesting the service) if the claim is rejected.

*Please note that requested travel/ working time outside normal hours (Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00) will be charged at overtime rates.

*Please note that a purchase order number is required before work can be undertaken - even if you are claiming warranty. Request for Service forms returned without a purchase order number will be rejected.

All service work is undertaken in accordance with DEUTZ AG's standard terms and conditions of sales (a copy of which is available upon request or online at www.deutzuk.co.uk). All service work will be invoiced according to DEUTZ AG - UK Branch's charge rates for service except by prior agreement. Please ask if you would like a copy of our Service Field Charge Rates flyer to be sent to you.

Please note that engineers' labour and travelling time will be charged per hour or part thereof and that travel and mileage charges are calculated based on an assumed journey to or from site starting from the home base of the attending engineer.

Please note that Displaced Waste Materials and Fluids remain the property of the engine / machine owner and will be disposed of on site or left with the machine / engine for disposal or sentencing by the engine / machine owner.
