A CLEARER PICTURE OF YOUR ENGINE’S CONDITION

Regular servicing is an important part of protecting engine performance and reliability, but not every developing issue will necessarily wait until the next scheduled service.

The DEUTZ Engine Health Check is a preventative 12-check inspection for operational DEUTZ engines with no known fault. Carried out on site by a factory-trained DEUTZ UK engineer, it combines visual inspection, engine-specific diagnostic checks and a review of maintenance status to give you a clearer picture of your engine’s current condition.

Once completed, and before our engineer leaves site, you will receive a written Engine Health Report detailing the outcome for each check undertaken.

WHAT'S IN THE HEALTH CHECK REPORT?

Your written Engine Health Report gives you a clear record of the inspection, with any recommended maintenance or follow-up clearly identified. Once completed, and before the engineer leaves site, a PDF report is generated which is sent to the email address provided.

 

Each check is given a clear status:

WHO IS THE HEALTH CHECK FOR?

The Engine Health Check is a cost-effective preventative inspection and diagnostics check carried out on site by a DEUTZ factory-trained engineer. It is not intended for engines with an existing warning, active fault, performance issue or breakdown.

WHEN ARE HEALTH CHECKS AVAILABLE?

Health Check appointments are scheduled alongside existing DEUTZ UK field service work. Submit your location and engine details and we’ll let you know when an engineer is available in your area.
