DIESEL OXIDATION CATALYTIC CONVERTER (DOC)

Open system for engines of the <4 liter class.

The DOC is the ideal solution for exhaust after-treatment in light, low to medium duty applications. Its catalytically active coating reliably reduces carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon, and nitrogen oxides to the mandatory limit values.

The use of durable, compact, and cost-effective technology provides advantages under all conditions and requires no additional maintenance. Up- and downgrades to adjust your DEUTZ engine´s emission level to different regional requirements are available by contacting the DEUTZ UK service team.

DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF)

Reduces particulate mass in the exhaust stream up to 99%

Coated with noble metals and tailored to the installation requirements of the individual customer application, DEUTZ Diesel Particulate Filter support smooth, secure and continuous regeneration – without the need for regular maintenance or additional operating liquids.

The use of reliable turbocharger technology – especially compared to EAT systems that rely exclusively on SCR – allows for optimum engine performance within the entire rpm-range. A surface temperature of max. 250 °C provides additional safety during operation.

As with all exhaust after-treatment components, DEUTZ offers numerous solutions for an optimal installation of a SCR-system within the machine application. Sensor systems, multiple filtering and AdBlue pumps designed to handle inclined positions up to 35 degrees allow for a high safety level under all conditions. DEUTZ AdBlue tanks offer maximum flexibility in terms of available sizes, mounting, positioning of the tank inlet as well as quality sensors.
